Online entries will close on Saturday 3/20/26 at 8pm. Entries will be accepted onsite once the office opens
Training Sessions and Exhibitions- will go on sale online 3/23/26 6pm and will close 3/24/26 8pm. All remaining will be available to purchase onsite when the office opens on Thursday.
Futurity- 2D 1/2 second split; 2 rounds ; 4&5 year olds eligible ; must roll to Open class; Entries close Saturday (3/28/26) at 10am of show weekend
Derby- 2D 1/2 second split; 1 round; 5-8 year olds eligible ; must roll to Open class ; Entries close Saturday (3/28/26) at 10am of show weekend
Move in begins Thursday 3 pm Please plan your trip accordingly.

- Saturday’s Open Poles Entries will close at 1PM on Saturday
- Open 3D Poles $200 added $30 entry fee
- $10,000 Guaranteed Open 4D $65 entry fee
- $100 added Youth, Adult, & Masters sidepot $25 entry fee
- Sunday Pole Entries Close at Big Drag 100 of the Saturday’s Open 4D

Open entries close when the first horse runs in the Open Race.
DRESS CODE – Cowboy hat or helmet and collared, button-up shirt, jeans and cowboy boots. No Ball Caps!!
Refunds/Draw outs
A refund of 75% of entry fees, stall fees, and RV fees will be granted to contestants with a valid doctor or vet release until online entries close. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED AFTER ONLINE ENTRIES CLOSE Saturday 3/20/26. DRAW OUTS RECEIVED AFTER THIS TIME ARE CONSIDERED SCRATCHES ONLY AND THE ENTRY FEES WILL REMAIN IN THE PAYOUT. All refunds will be mailed in the form of a check to the address provided on the Wednesday following the event.
Refunds will only be granted if the Draw-Out Form is presented to show management before the deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the contestant to ensure that the form has been received by management before the deadline.
NO REFUNDS on online entry fees or office fees. If you use the online system more than once those fees are your responsibility. Please make sure you double check your entry before submitting it.
